Happy Birthday, Quit Smoking

Here's a humorous one from the tube. If you've ever been a smoker, this one needs no explanation.

The name's Chris. 30-something y/o guy from New Jersey. I quit smoking for the second time on 7/7/07, and fell off the wagon in September 2008.

They say the third time's a charm, so I'll let you know how that works out.

This blog is part of my quit plan.

Come along for the journey, I'm a hell of a tour guide, and don't be afraid to chime in once in awhile.
